Hello Gorgeous One!

I’m so glad you’ve dropped by for a visit. Welcome to DearLucretia.com.

Over the years, I’ve been honoured to provide guidance to many young women about everything from love, intuition and living their purpose through to speaking their truth, managing anxiety and creating the life of their dreams. I am passionately committed to helping women value themselves and go for what they really want.

Covid-19 and its accompanying upheaval helped me become even clearer about this commitment. DearLucretia.com is the result.

In a world that can be so confusing, I wanted to provide a place where young women could ask their questions and receive practical, common sense advice to help them navigate the world more easily. This site is dedicated to answering the questions you can’t ask anyone else.

I believe you deserve the love and connection you desire, you should never accept less than you are worth and it’s okay to walk away from people who don’t treat you respectfully. I want you to value yourself more and help you have the confidence to go for what you really want.

Life is challenging and sometimes you will get hurt and doubt yourself. That’s okay. It’s part of the journey and you’re not supposed to have all the answers. But if I can shed some light on what’s going on and help you to figure out the best way forward, that’s what I want to do.

Whatever my advice, I want you to sit with it and ask, “Does this feel right for me?” before you act. Self-trust is one of the most important skills you can learn in this lifetime.

Please send me your questions here and don’t forget to subscribe so you receive updates whenever a new Q&A is posted.

Lots of love.XX

5 more things about me…

I’m a psychic channel which means I can often feel, see, smell, know, taste and hear things that other people can’t. These intuitive gifts help me tune into the truth of what is going on and give you advice that is in alignment with your highest good.

I’m an author, poet and blogger. My first book – The Men I’ve Almost Dated – is a memoir about divorce, dating, sex and dubious life decisions. It’s a mortifying and hilarious. Get your copy here.

I love, love, love Italy and will relocate there one day soon (after Crazy Corona has moved on). I’m studying Italian (my language skills are atrocious) and my heart longs to return to Florence and live la dolce vita.

I experienced high levels of anxiety in my teens (cried all the time) and 20s (hello stomach issues and panic attacks), and took anti-depressants for a decade. Eventually, I realised my anxiety was due to a lack of self-worth, limited self-awareness and my high levels of sensitivity. These days if I feel anxious, there is a good reason.

I’ve watched a magical moon rise as I trekked through the Sahara Desert on the back of a camel, experienced an horrendous allergic reaction to vicious bed-bugs at a backpackers’ hostel in Barcelona and screamed with joy and terror while ziplining with gibbons in Thailand.
